This was added in (I think) #2181 and #2113 , and we didn't add any caching headers.
ForeverInCdnis the policy that will never cache in the browser, but will cache in the CDN forever.Since the paths are below the
/:krate/or/crate/:krate/prefix, they will be invalidated after each release.
